What Protein, Please. stores

When you create an account, Protein, Please. stores account details, your Protein Profile, meal logs, coach conversations, restaurant searches, preferences and subscription status so the app can remember you and show your history.

Meal photos

When you attach a meal photo, it is sent with your message to the nutrition coach’s AI provider so the coach can read visible labels or estimate the food. Protein, Please. does not save the photo to your account or meal history; only the resulting conversation and log entries are saved.

Payments

Subscription checkout and billing are handled by Stripe. Protein, Please. receives identifiers and subscription status needed to provide paid access, but does not store your full card number.

Support messages

Messages submitted through the contact form and any replies are stored with your account so you can return to them in your Profile.

Website analytics

Protein, Please. uses Google Analytics and may use PostHog to understand which public pages people visit, how they found the site, where they encounter friction and whether they move toward creating an account. These services may use cookies or similar identifiers.

PostHog product events do not include the text of your coach messages, meal names, profile measurements or restaurant search terms. Inputs are masked in session replay, and text displayed inside the signed-in app is masked before replay data is sent. Analytics is used to improve the site and customer experience, not to provide medical care.

Nutrition information

Meal and restaurant estimates are general information, not diagnosis or medical treatment. Restaurant formulations and portions can change, so source links are provided when available.

Your choices

You can sign out, manage a trial or paid subscription through the billing portal, or request help with account data through the support form in your Profile.
